Heather Lamb

Heather Lamb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic EHR Solutions and Senior Director of Commercial Connectivity Partnerships at Tempus AI since December 2022, Heather previously held the position of Vice President of Business Analysis & Interoperability Solutions at NeoGenomics Laboratories from July 2017 to November 2022, where responsibilities included leading a team of 12 and overseeing the integration of new systems. Heather’s earlier roles include Chief of Staff to the CEO at NeoGenomics, Director of Commercial Operations, and Manager of Oncology Business Development. Additional experience includes working as an Oncology Account Executive at Biocept, Inc., Oncology Key Account Manager at Life Technologies, and Account Executive at Myriad Genetics.
