Katie Davison currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Tempus Labs, Inc., a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Katie accumulated extensive experience at Cordant Health Solutions, where positions included Vice President of Field Operations and Senior Director of Client Experience & Field Operations. Achievements at Cordant Health Solutions include building new operational teams, launching services, and improving client satisfaction across multiple laboratories and pharmacies. Earlier experience includes roles at AIT Laboratories, where Katie developed the clinical technician department and managed operations, as well as earlier positions in youth and sports management at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis and Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
