Fangyuan Yu

Fangyuan Yu is a Senior AI Engineer specializing in language models and vision models at Temus since January 2024, focusing on annotation-free alignment, explicit graph reasoning, and reinforcement learning. Previously, Fangyuan served as a Research Scientist at Black Sesame Technologies, enhancing self-driving perception systems, specifically in object depth estimation and predictive modeling. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant role at the National University of Singapore, where Fangyuan developed Python and R packages for sequential Bayesian inference in robot localization. Educational qualifications encompass a PhD in Statistics from KAUST, a Master of Science in Statistics from the National University of Singapore, and another Master of Science in Mathematics from Shandong University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Shandong University. Currently, Fangyuan is pursuing professional programs in Artificial Intelligence at Stanford University.
