Maria Fernanda Sierra

Maria Fernanda Sierra is an experienced journalist and anchor currently serving as Anchor/MMJ at Telemundo Houston since May 2023. Previously, Maria Fernanda worked as a news presenter and producer at TEN Canal 10 since March 2019, and as a reporter at Telemundo 44 Washington, D.C. from August 2022 to May 2023. Earlier in their career, Maria Fernanda was a news presenter at Television Nacional de Honduras from March 2015 to March 2019 and at Hondured Canal 13 from 2008 to 2009. Maria Fernanda holds a Master’s degree in PR and Communications from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universidad Católica de Honduras (2018), along with a high school diploma in Sciences and Letters with a focus on Graphic Design from Instituto Renacimiento Honduras (2011).
