Emmanuel Silva began their work experience in 2005 at Quality Paper as an Analyst in Billing. Emmanuel was responsible for customer registration, providing support to suppliers regarding payment forecasts and clearance dates, as well as issuing, tracking, and verifying invoices, orders, and duplicate documents. Emmanuel worked in this role until 2012.

From 2013 to 2015, Emmanuel worked at Fidelity International as a Bilingual Fraud Prevention Analyst. Emmanuel'sresponsibilities included assisting foreign users in resolving inquiries about banking transaction authorizations, analyzing customer profiles and transactions for fraud identification, and identifying fraudulent establishments and compromised card points.

In 2016, Emmanuel joined MAPFRE as a Bilingual Operator. Emmanuel provided rapid and efficient real-time assistance to Mapfre customers who found themselves in unfamiliar or potentially dangerous situations while traveling. Emmanuel'srole required empathy and sympathy to address medical, funeral, and emergency issues. Emmanuel remained in this role until 2019.

Since 2019, Emmanuel has been working at Ten Lifestyle Group as a Junior Lifestyle Manager. Emmanuel supports subscribers of personalized services offered by major global credit card brands in the areas of tourism, food, leisure, and concierge. Emmanuel is responsible for delivering key performance indicators such as NPS, C-SAT, proactivity, efficiency, spend, and sales conversion. Emmanuel tracks requests, searches for the best value, and creates visual content with personalized explanations based on the client's itinerary and profile.

Emmanuel Silva holds a Licentiate degree in Pedagogia from Estácio.
