Natalia González

Natalia González has a strong background in talent development, training, and administration. Natalia worked at Ten Lifestyle Group from 2018 to the present, starting as a Senior Lifestyle Manager and then transitioning to roles as a Training and Development Specialist and currently as a Talent and Development Associate. Prior to that, they worked at Callzilla - The Quality-First Contact Center as an Analyst de Calidad and in Workforce Management. Natalia also had experience as an Operations Analyst at Intcomex and as an Administrative Assistant at Comunícate - directv.

Natalia González began their education in 2008 at The Evergreen State College, where they participated in an academic year abroad program at the international language college. In the same year, they enrolled at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and pursued a degree in Odontología, which they completed in 2012.
