Becca Pace has a diverse work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Becca is currently the Head of Learning & Development Solutions at Ten Thousand Coffees since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Global Partnerships at Boma Global from December 2018 to April 2022.

Becca also spent several years at Singularity University, where they held the position of Director, Country Partner Program from January 2017 to November 2018. Becca was responsible for establishing global education programs and innovation hubs, managing partnerships, and developing localized learning solutions. During their tenure, Singularity University launched six Country Partners in 11 countries.

Before joining Singularity University, Becca worked at TED Conferences as the Global Development Manager for TEDx. Becca played a key role in expanding the TEDx program worldwide and managed the strategic partnership with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Becca was also involved in the creation of TEDx, establishing guidelines and processes for self-organized events.

Additionally, Becca served as the Director of Marketing & Operations at Pangea Day, an initiative of the TED Conference, where they managed a global team and led operational and marketing efforts for a live broadcasted event.

Becca's career started at the Clinton Global Initiative as a Marketing and Communications Intern, where they gained experience in writing newsletters, website management, and project management.

Overall, Becca Pace has extensive experience in leadership, partnership management, program development, and event management across various organizations.

Becca Pace has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Journalism (BJ) degree with a minor in Economics from Carleton University. Becca also pursued an MBA from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
