Ashley Dong has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Ashley started their career as an Encore Front Desk Agent at Wynn Las Vegas in November 2008, where they worked until August 2010. In July 2012, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Medical Data Entry Clerk and held the position until July 2013. Ashley then joined Zirtual in December 2014 as a ZA for Teams, responsible for providing administrative support to small teams and businesses. In October 2015, they transitioned to We Care Management LLC as a Medical Coder until January 2018. From August 2015, they joined Vowl LLC as a Virtual Executive Administrative Assistant, where they served as an Executive Assistant to C-Level individuals in various industries. Ashley Dong completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Western Governors University from 2023 to 2024. In 2005 to 2006, they attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where they studied Biology, but did not obtain a degree. Ashley Dong also obtained a certification in Medical Coding from AAPC. In December 2017, they obtained the CPC certification, and in June 2012, they obtained the CPC-H certification, both from AAPC.
