As a QA Manager, Jada is responsible for establishing test cases and carrying out testing plans for both website and Slatwall Commerce development projects. Jada works closely with the QA team and development team to ensure the work Slatwall Commerce delivers meets the unique business requirements of each client. Previously, Jada worked as a B2B support supervisor, where she managed customer accounts, parcels, and freight shipments, and helped to configure and test-related software.
