In 1999, they joined Campbell Mithun as an Account Supervisor before moving to Leo Burnett in 2000, where they worked as a Vice President Account Director. In 2003, Ahmad I. founded Commonground Marketing, an innovative full-service marketing agency, where they served as the Founder and Managing Partner until 2014. Ahmad then became a Managing Partner at Commonground/MGS for a year before taking on their current role as the Chief Executive Officer of Ten35 since 2016. Ahmad I. has experience in brand strategy, integrated platform development and execution, promotional marketing, retail marketing, experiential marketing, and advertising.
