Erika Jones possesses extensive experience in project management, experiential marketing, and design. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at TEN35 since March 2016, Erika has successfully executed projects with budgets exceeding $1 million and has overseen over 50 projects that led to a 20% increase in productivity. Previously, as an Experiential Marketing Manager, Erika led the planning and production of numerous high-budget events. Additionally, Erika operates Simplifly Design, a couture clutch company, and has held key roles such as Senior Executive Assistant and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Commonground Marketing. Erika's early career includes achievements as Head Varsity Volleyball Coach and as a Senior Interior Designer at Marshall Field's, where notable design work garnered national attention. Erika holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Interior Design from Indiana State University.
