Cindy Doucette

Cindy Doucette has extensive experience in compensation and human resources information systems, currently serving as the Director of Global Compensation at Tenable since February 2018. Previous roles include Senior Director of Compensation and HRIS at NCI, Inc., where Cindy directed operations of the Workday HRIS system supporting 2,500 employees, and IT Director for Human Resources Services at SAIC. Cindy's career also encompasses significant positions in HRIS project management and compensation analysis across various organizations, including BAE Systems, Accenture, and GEICO. Educated with an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a BS in Psychology from James Madison University, Cindy brings a robust academic and professional foundation to the field.
