Adly currently holds the position of Contact Center Operations Manager at Tenaga Nasional Berhad since December 2013. Prior to this role, Adly served as Contact Center Manager at TNB from December 2012 to September 2022. Adly graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Universiti Sains Malaysia in August 1993.
