Rinmon Impak

Rinmon Impak currently serves as the Manager of Corporate Finance and M&A at Tenaga Nasional Berhad, specializing in the New Energy Division with a focus on mergers and acquisitions in Malaysia, the EU, SEA, and APAC, and has contributed to the acquisition of Spark Renewables Pte Ltd, enhancing operational assets by 120MWp. Previously, Rinmon held the position of Assistant Manager in Corporate Finance at Leader Energy, where responsibilities included reporting to the Chief Investment Officer. Prior experience includes working as an Analyst in the commercial sector at YTL Power International, where contributions involved developing a significant solar-powered Green Data Centre Park project in Johor. Rinmon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from HELP University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Kolej MARA Banting.
