After completing his first year in law school, Mr. Kim was a judicial Intern at the Hackensack Superior Court, Civil Division. After his second year, he interned at Safe Passage Project to help children seek refuge in the United Stated under the Asylum law. After passing the New York bar exam, he worked at New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG), a non-profit organization combatting economic, racial and social injustice in New York. His primary responsibility at NYLAG was to advocate on behalf of New York residents affected by Hurricane Sandy disaster. Prior to joining Tenaglia and Hunt, Jason was employed at SAPG Legal as an associate attorney handling commercial and corporate transactions.
