Justin Paquin

Justin Paquin is an experienced product manager and software developer. Justin began their career in 2004 as a Software Developer for Sparklit Networks Inc. and ShipConstructor Software Inc. At ShipConstructor, they designed and implemented key features for AutoCAD based engineering tool and provided end-user technical support. In 2012, Justin joined Amazon (AbeBooks) as Manager - Marketplace Experience, and later went on to become Manager, Seller Experience and Marketplace Regulatory Compliance and Senior Product Manager - Marketplace Regulatory Compliance and Customer Service. In this role, they were responsible for keeping the marketplace compliant with e-commerce, sales tax, and payments regulations in over 60 seller countries. Justin also designed and implemented an intelligent Contact-Us workflow product to address customer queries without requiring a customer service agent. This led to a reduction of AbeBooks' customer service e-mail contact/unit rate by 18%. Additionally, Justin reduced fraud losses by 83% and fraud detection personnel requirements by 66%. In 2021, Justin moved to Finfare as Head of Product, and in 2022 they joined Tenant Inc. as Senior Product Manager - Payments and Fintech Platform.
