Lance Watkins

Lance Watkins has a long and varied work experience. Lance began their career in 1997 as the CEO and Founder of Storage Outlet Self Storage and President and Founder of Self Storage Development Group, Inc. In 2010, they became a Consulting Partner at Progressive Realty Partners, Inc, and Conceptualizer and Chairman at Storage Treasures Inc. In 2011, they Co-Founded Charity Storage and in 2014, they became a Board Member and Investor and Founder, CEO at Store Local Corporation. Most recently, in 2019, they became the CEO of Tenant Inc.

Lance Watkins attended George Mason University from 1990 to 1994.
