Nayanika Raj

Nayanika Raj has worked at various organizations since 2014. Nayanika started as an Intern at Flovian IT Services (P) LTD in 2015, followed by a Business Analyst role at Vostics in 2014. Nayanika then worked as an Intern at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd in 2014. In 2016, Nayanika was a Technical Intern at Diamond Infosystems Ltd, where they developed an Asset Management software. Nayanika then worked as a Management Intern at Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd in 2017. In 2018, Nayanika was a Consultant at Unique Identification Authority of India, where they managed the data repository, attended to client requirements, conducted workshops inviting bidders, and analysed RFP requirements. Nayanika also worked as an Associate Consultant at EY in 2018, where they were involved in the transition of Managed Services Provider of Aadhaar, the development of Procurement checklist for the World Bank Group, and other National ID projects in coordination with the BMGF Group. Nayanika then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Southern California in 2019. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Tenant Inc., where they are focused on delivering new features that make a difference. Nayanika has also held roles as a Technical Onboarding Project Manager, Onboarding Project Manager, Senior Project Analyst, and Project Analyst Intern.

Nayanika Raj's education history is as follows: Nayanika obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Engineering from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans V.M Public School Vadodara from 1998 to 2013. In 2019, they obtained their Master's Degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California (USC). Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business Analytics from USC Marshall School of Business in 2021. Lastly, they obtained a Management Consulting Certification from Udemy in January 2020.
