Shalane Haynes (Hooper)

Shalane Haynes (Hooper) has a diverse work experience in various industries. Shalane started their career as an Assistant Branch Manager at Union First Market Bank in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Shalane then joined United Bankshares, Inc as a Branch Manager and Bank Officer, but their tenure lasted only for nine months. In 2013, they also started working at Wells Fargo as a Business Banking Specialist and later became a Business Sales Consultant. Shalane worked at Wells Fargo until 2016. Shalane then transitioned to Entwined Events, where they served as the Director of Sales and Marketing from 2016 to 2018. Afterward, they joined Dodson Property Management as a Senior Property Manager in 2018 and stayed with the company until January 2022. Their latest position is as a Customer Success Specialist at Tenant Turner, starting in January 2022.

Shalane Haynes (Hooper) received their Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bridgewater College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a Real Estate License from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation in December 2018.
