Caleb Alexander

Caleb Alexander is a Senior Service Desk Analyst and Project Manager at Tenaris since March 2018, where responsibilities include providing support for technical projects in hardware and software, managing a team of remote employees, and serving as the hardware lead to develop solutions. With experience in coordinating IT projects for hardware and software rollouts, conducting quality analysis, and working with emerging technologies such as VR and RFID, Caleb also manages global teleconferences and provides on-call support for over 500 users. Previously, as a Student Work Force Lead and IT Technology Assistant at Western Carolina University, Caleb focused on student workforce needs, scheduling, training, and advanced IT repairs. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from LSU Shreveport and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a major in Computer Information Systems from Western Carolina University.
