Dana Barbara

Dana Barbara (Roman) has a wide range of experience in the field of Human Resources. Dana started their career at Clipart Advertising in 2004 as a Human Resources Responsible and worked there until 2006. Dana then joined TenarisSilcotub as a Recruitment & Development Regional Coordinator and later became the Human Resources Regional Manager for Romania. In 2014, they moved to Tenaris as the Human Resources Manager for Eastern Europe. Dana was later promoted to the role of Director Human Resources - USA and then to the position of Talent Attraction & Development Director. Alongside their work at Tenaris, they served as a Board Member for Hr Club Romania from 2015 to 2018.

Dana Barbara (Roman) has a Master's Degree in Human Resources from Babes-Bolyai University, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. In 2016, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business for a program focused on managing talent for strategic advantage. Dana also completed the Columbia Business School's Columbia Coaching Certification Program in 2020 and an External Coaching Intensive in 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Columbia Credentialed Associate Executive Coach (CCAEC) from Teachers College, Columbia University, and the Hogan Assessment & Feedback Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems.
