Dane Hayton

Dane Hayton is an accomplished HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Professional at Tenaris, overseeing a range of human resources activities for New Development Operations since 2014. Dane has a significant background in recruiting, employee relations, and program development, including the introduction of a Military recruitment initiative at Tenaris. In addition to this role, Dane serves as President of IGNITE Grind House and IGNITE Basketball, fostering community engagement through fitness and sports.
