Dian Yu

Dian Yu is a seasoned professional in the gaming and digital content industries, currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst and Game Designer at Tencent Games since May 2020. In this role, Dian manages the Game Narrative Team, focusing on the design of game worldviews and frameworks while conducting market research and analyzing emerging technologies such as blockchain and AI. Prior to this, Dian held a position as a Senior Gaming Strategy Analyst, where contributions included analyzing industry trends and providing strategic development recommendations. Dian's experience at Tencent began with roles as a Business Analyst, concentrating on digital content research and artificial intelligence. An internship at PwC involved work on estimation and backtesting methods for expected shortfall. Dian holds a Master of Science in Financial Risk Management from UCL, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Banking and Finance from Bangor University, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trade from Hohai University.
