Adam Najberg is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media and content strategy. Currently, Adam serves as the Head of Communications for Tencent's international games group since May 2021, while also being a partner at The Bamboo Works and CEO of Socially Distanced Productions, the latter focusing on a documentary project. With a rich background in journalism and digital media, Adam held roles such as Global Head of Content and Head of Digital Communications at Alibaba Group, as well as Global Director of Communications at DJI. Prior to that, Adam spent a significant tenure at The Wall Street Journal, driving digital strategy and content across Asia. In addition to media roles, Adam is a certified life and career coach, specializing in enhancing the performance of C-suite executives and mentoring a diverse array of professionals. Academic qualifications include an AB in Asian Studies from Bowdoin College and ABD in Journalism and Asian Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
