Paola Scampini

Paola Scampini has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 1996 as a Marketing Trainee at PepsiCo. Paola then moved to Ambev in 1997, where they held the roles of Sales Process and Market Research Coordinator, Regional Coordinator of Intelligence and Marketing Planning, and Marketing Analyst. In 2001, they joined Oi, where they held the roles of National Marketing Manager, Education Projects Director, Government Sales Manager, Market Research Manager, Service Strategy Manager, Indirect Channel Manager, and Strategic Planning Specialist. In 2017, they joined Blockbit as the VP of Marketing, Communication, Channels & Alliances. In 2018, they moved to Firjan as the Head of Marketing & Corporate Communication. In 2020, they joined Cipher as the Global Marketing Director and Director of Marketing, EMEA. Currently, they are the Head Of Marketing at Tenchi Security.

Paola Scampini completed their High School Diploma at Colégio Santo Inácio Rio de Janeiro. Paola then went on to earn an Undergraduate degree in Marketing and Communication from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Following this, they obtained an MSc in Administration from IAG - Escola de Negócios da PUC-Rio, and an MBA in Business Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
