Fernando Alfano has over 35 years of experience in operations and commercial management across various industries. Currently serving as the Diretor Executivo de Operações at Tenda Atacado since September 2011, Fernando oversees a business with annual revenues exceeding R$ 7.5 billion, managing 43 stores, a telesales operation, fuel stations, and food outlets while focusing on loss prevention and security. Prior roles include Director of Operations and Commercial at Peg & Faça, where responsibilities included commercial restructuring and budget management, as well as similar positions at De Meo Máquinas e Ferramentas S/A and Mappin Mesbla Lojas de departamentos S/A, developing product lines and enhancing purchasing efficiency.
