Eric Deitchman

Eric Deitchman serves as the President and CEO of Tendercare Home Health Services, Inc., a position held since June 2014, where responsibilities include fostering a supportive work environment for employees, recruiting top talent across various roles, and developing strategic business opportunities and partnerships. Prior experience includes an accounting intern role at Bloomington Meadows Mental Health Hospital, where processes for new accounting software were established, and a financial services intern position at Tendercare, where work focused on Accounts Receivable reports and coordination with financial departments. Eric holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Operations Management, as well as a minor in Healthcare Policy from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, completed in 2015.
