Currently serving as EVP & National Business Manager at Equitas Small Finance Bank since March 2018, Mayank has held pivotal positions including EVP & National Sales Manager and Branch Banking Head, focusing on government, financial institutions, and large corporate sectors. Prior to Equitas, Mayank contributed significantly to IndusInd Bank as Senior Vice President & Regional Head, and held key leadership roles at Ing Vysya Bank (now Kotak Mahindra Bank), Kotak Mahindra Bank, IDBI Bank, and HDFC Bank, with a strong emphasis on branch banking, liability sales, and government business initiatives.
