Kelly Stahly

Kelly Stahly is the Director of Nursing for Tendercare Home Health Services. She is a Registered Nurse with 14 years of experience in both acute and home health care. She worked as an LPN at the St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital (LTAC) for 4 years taking care of critically ill patients. Kelly came back to Tendercare full time as a member of field staff in 2011 where she cared for vent dependent adults and children with complex medical needs. Kelly got her Registered Nursing license in 2014 and became a case manager in 2017.

Her parents are Jim & Leslie Deitchman who are the founders of Tendercare, so this is truly a “family business”. Kelly has a unique perspective within the company as she has worked in so many roles within the company. She has been a Home Health Aide, a scheduler, as a field nurse, in human resources as the nurse recruiter, and as a member of the clinical management team. Kelly has worked for Tendercare since she was eight years old. She started out standing on a chair to make copies and crawling around on the floor to collate the pages for packets.
