Katie Lamont

Katie began serving as TNDC’s Chief Operating Officer in April 2022, following ten years as Director and then Senior Director of Housing Development. In her new role, she serves as a bridge between disciplines guiding TNDC to deliver communities that meet the needs of tenants, program participants, site staff, and partners.

With a strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and shared leadership, Katie works with TNDC staff and partners to develop strategies, influence policies, and implement solutions that grow housing stability, enhance wellness, and amplify the voices of San Franciscans living on limited incomes.
