Joanna Manalang

Joanna Manalang has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Joanna started their career in 2012 as a Customer Service Representative at TeleTech, where they provided exceptional customer service and effectively addressed customer concerns.

In 2015, they worked as an Operations Support Specialist at PSG Global Solutions, specializing in facilities management and compliance in a recruitment process outsourcing company.

From 2016 to 2019, Joanna worked as a Licensed Real Estate Broker, providing real estate solutions to clients' needs in leasing, acquisition, and disposal of residential, office, and commercial properties. Joanna also worked with both local and foreign clients, including expatriate accounts.

Joanna then joined the ISO Consulting Company as a Business Development Specialist from 2016 to 2019, where they actively sought new business and deepened relationships with existing clients. Joanna generated sales leads, conducted presentations, and created proposals for prospect clients.

In 2019, Joanna held the position of Partnerships Officer at Visions Of Hope Foundation, Inc., where they focused on partnership development, resource mobilization, and management. Joanna secured grants and in-kind donations, aligned with the organization's values.

From 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Relationship Manager at UnionBank of the Philippines, managing a diverse portfolio of individual and corporate clients. Joanna formulated and executed sales and marketing strategies to maximize business volume and deposits.

Currently, Joanna is the Partnership Manager at TendoPay, starting in 2023. Joanna'sresponsibilities include managing client accounts, overseeing team processes, and reviewing employer partner performance.

Throughout their career, Joanna has demonstrated excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service, relationship management, sales, and partnership development abilities.

Joanna Manalang earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Ecology from the University of the Philippines from 2009 to 2015. Joanna then attended the Urban Institute of Real Estate from 2015 to 2016, focusing on Real Estate. In addition to their education, Joanna obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker from the Professional Regulation Commission in February 2016 and a certification as a Blockchain Business Specialist from the UnionBank of the Philippines in October 2020.
