Matthew Ernst is the Senior Director of TechOps at Tendo. Prior to their current position, Ernst served as the Vice President of Digital Services, Business Development, and Learning at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health. In this role, they led a team that used innovative technologies to improve the experience of consumers, including patients, staff, and the public.

Ernst has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Matthew is an avid learner and passionate about developing new technologies to change and challenge standard healthcare practices and improve upon the overall consumer experience.

Prior to their role as Vice President, Ernst served as the Director of Training, Documentation, and Support at Thomas Jefferson University. Matthew also held positions as Manager of Information Systems and Lead Information Technology Engineer at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals. In their role as Senior Information Technology Engineer, Ernst was responsible for developing and implementing various hospital-wide information systems.

Matthew Ernst completed their undergraduate studies at State University of New York at Albany, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services. Matthew then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration at Drexel University, also in Finance and Financial Management Services.
