Damien Ryan

Damien Ryan is a Senior Advisor at Teneo, a role held since May 2017, where extensive experience is leveraged to support clients globally in navigating complex operational, geopolitical, reputational, and governance challenges. Previously, Damien served as CEO for Teneo's Asia-Pacific division, overseeing strategic counsel for major companies. Prior to Teneo, Damien founded and led Ryan Communication, a highly regarded communications consultancy in Asia, recognized with several awards. Damien’s early career includes positions as a reporter and anchor for Bloomberg News, covering financial markets in London and Hong Kong, and as a producer and writer for CNBC. Academic qualifications include a GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern Queensland.
