Lauren Pincott

Lauren Pincott serves as the Global Head of Employee Relations & Experience and Senior People Partner for Asia Pacific at Teneo since December 2019. In this capacity, Lauren is tasked with establishing Teneo's Employee Relation Center of Excellence globally, overseeing policies, processes, and practices, and collaborating with Talent Managers on performance, coaching, and career planning. Prior to this, Lauren held leadership positions including Head of People and COO for Strategy & Communications at Teneo, aligning organizational objectives across the Asia Pacific region. Lauren's experience also includes serving as Regional Talent Lead for Racepoint Global and in various human resources and global marketing roles at HSBC and Racepoint Global. Education includes a Bachelor of Communications with a focus on Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Victoria University, supplemented by studies at Monash College in Communications and Media Studies.
