Gaia Rizzoli is an experienced professional with a diverse background in communication, event management, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Horse Team Volunteer and holding multiple roles at Tenerife Horse Rescue since March 2023, Gaia has previously worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Digital Innovation Days Italy, Events Communication Manager at Isola Design District, and Well-being Specialist at Deloitte Italia. Additional experience includes roles such as Junior Account at 24 Pr & Events Srl and Events and Communication Assistant at Università degli Studi di Ferrara, showcasing expertise in event planning, public relations, and digital communication. Gaia holds a Laurea Magistrale in Strategic Communication from IULM University and a Laurea triennale in Scienze e Tecnologie della Comunicazione from Università degli Studi di Ferrara, complemented by a background in graphic design from Istituto Professionale Aldrovandi-Rubbiani.

Tenerife Horse Rescue
Tenerife Horse Rescue is a fully registered NGO charity founded in 2018 and run entirely by volunteers. We help animals big or small on the island of Tenerife by providing a safe space for rehabilitation or retirement of animals who come to us after being abandoned or rescued from abuse or neglect. We originally opened as a horse charity, but soon realised there were so many more animals on the island of Tenerife that needed saving. From goats to ferrets and dogs to donkeys, each of our 'animal refugees' find their place in our Noah's Arc! Many are rehabilitated, some are readopted to new forever homes, and others simply live out the rest of their days in peace. Tenerife Horse Rescue is an eco-sanctuary, passionate about sustainability and reducing waste, following a 'Freegan' diet and building from all recycled materials. We can also provide 4-person luxury retreats in our glamping yurt for those wanting to experience Finca Life in style.
