Edward Richards

Edward Richards has a comprehensive work experience in the field of labor relations and labor relations legal functions. Edward started their career as a Labor & Employment Attorney at Jones Day and gained extensive experience advising and representing clients on labor management relations issues and employment litigation matters. Edward then joined HCA Healthcare as the Director of Labor Relations and later became the Assistant Vice President of Labor & Employee Relations. At Tenet Healthcare, Edward held the positions of Vice President, Labor Relations, and Chief Labor Relations Counsel, as well as Vice President, Labor Relations. In these roles, they led the labor relations function across the company, managing collective bargaining agreements and providing legal counsel on labor and employment laws.

Edward Richards has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Notre Dame Law School, where they graduated with honors (cum laude). Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oakland University, majoring in English and Political Science. Edward also excelled academically during their undergraduate studies, graduating with high honors (magna cum laude).
