Erin Gonzalez Ma, Phr

Erin Gonzalez, MA, PHR, CCP has a diverse range of work experience in human resources roles. Erin began their career in 1999 as a Recruiter and HR Generalist at GE. Erin then moved on to work as a Medical Leave Administrator at Maricopa Integrated Health System from 2003 to 2005. Following that, they served as a Sr. HR Generalist at IKON Office Solutions from 2005 to 2007. Erin then joined Triumph Group as a Human Resources Director from 2007 to 2011. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as an HR Director at Abrazo Community Health Network. Most recently, Erin held executive positions at Tenet Healthcare, serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer from 2014 to 2016, and then as the Group Chief Human Resources Officer from 2017 onwards.

Erin Gonzalez holds a BA in Liberal Arts with a major in Spanish from the University of Arizona. Erin also obtained an MA in Organizational and Intercultural Communication from Arizona State University. Additionally, Erin completed Mediation Training through the Lodestar Mediation Clinic at Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
