Irene Tamargo

Irene Tamargo, RPm, is a seasoned human resource professional currently serving as a Pre-boarding Partner at Tenet Healthcare since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resource Management Assistant - Psychometrician at the Bureau of Plant Industry, where responsibilities involved recruitment, test administration, and managing documentation for new hires, as well as serving as a Psychometrician for the Armed Forces of the Philippines, focusing on psychological screenings and stress debriefing tests during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Process Associate at Capgemini, where Irene managed end-to-end HR processes, ensured data privacy compliance, and conducted audits. Irene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned in 2019.
