Kim Ames

Kim Ames is an accomplished Executive Nurse Leader and Consultant with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple healthcare organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Inpatient Nursing and Specialty Care Services at Maui Memorial Medical Center since October 2021, Kim has previously held similar executive positions at St. Charles Health System, Swedish Medical Center, and B.E. Smith, overseeing critical care and inpatient nursing departments. Kim's expertise encompasses critical care nursing, telemetry, and transitional care, beginning with roles at SSM Health Care. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management from Fontbonne University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Maryville University of Saint Louis.
