Michelle Gust

Michelle Gust has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Michelle started their career at CDW in 2000, where they held various roles, including Sr. Recruiter, Supervisor of Talent Acquisition, and Manager of Talent Acquisition. Michelle then became the Manager of Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Corporate Recruiting. In 2012, they joined Allegiant as a Manager of Recruitment before moving on to The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, where they worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition from 2014 to 2019. Michelle then joined HCA Healthcare as the Director of Talent Acquisition for the Far West Division from 2019 to 2023. Michelle is currently the Director of Recruitment at Tenet Healthcare's Tenet Physician Resources (TPR).

Michelle Gust has an MBA in Human Resource Management from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Michelle also has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
