Quyen Tran

Quyen Tran currently serves as Director of IS Operations Delivery at Tenet Healthcare since June 2015, following a role as Manager in the same department. Prior to Tenet, Quyen held the position of Manager of IT Service Delivery at Lennox International from March 2002 to June 2015, overseeing ServiceNow development teams and acting as Principal Architect for ServiceNow's various modules. Quyen's expertise includes implementing the ServiceNow platform globally, integrating Active Directory and SSO, and transition management from BMC Remedy to ServiceNow. Earlier experience includes working as a BMC Remedy Administrator at WAN as a Technical Manager. Quyen Tran earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas between 2001 and 2005.
