Roxane Barrera

Roxane Barrera is a seasoned nursing professional with extensive experience in clinical informatics and healthcare leadership. Currently serving as the Director of Value Realization in Applied Clinical Informatics at Tenet Healthcare since March 2014, Roxane previously held the position of RN Manager for Clinical Informatics at Baptist Health System in San Antonio from September 2008 to January 2014. Roxane’s earlier roles include serving as a lead charge nurse in both the Post-Partum and NICU units at North Central Baptist Hospital and Southwest General Hospital. Roxane holds a Master of Science in Nursing/Informatics from Walden University, earned between 2010 and 2013, and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from San Antonio College, completed in 2004. Education began at Health Careers High School in San Antonio, Texas, where completion occurred in 1990.
