Archie Forbes Adam is an experienced professional in the fields of recruitment and creative arts. Currently serving as Managing Director at Tenet Search since July 2021, Archie leads a team that emphasizes listening, consulting, and advising clients in tax search and workforce planning. As Director of the Creative Arts School Trust since 2010, Archie contributes to the delivery of high-quality creative courses for young people in under-resourced areas. Previously, Archie held several roles at Morgan McKinley from May 2012 to June 2021, including Associate Director Tax, managing and developing the Tax team. Earlier experience includes a position as Candidate Manager at Definitive Consulting and various roles in acting from 2006 to 2011. Archie graduated with a BA Hons in Acting from The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in 2006.
