Matthew Cox is a seasoned professional in real estate acquisitions and investment, currently serving as Vice President of Acquisitions at Tenet Equity since January 2022. Matthew founded RealBrink in April 2016, focusing on providing comprehensive analysis of 2-4 unit properties in Chicago to streamline investment efforts. Previous roles include Vice President of Acquisitions at Kairos Living, Senior Director of Asset & Data Strategy at Ten-X, and Vice President at BlackRock. Early career experience encompasses roles such as CMBS Credit Consultant at AREA Property Partners, CMBS Analyst at Sorin Capital Management, and Associate at KPMG. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame, earned between 2001 and 2005, and completed education at St. Viator from 1997 to 2001.
