Ben Kramer

Ben Kramer has extensive experience in finance and fund management, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Tenex Capital Management since March 2013. Prior to this role, Kramer was the Vice President of Finance at Hale Capital Partners from February 2012 to March 2013, where focus was placed on operations and fund management. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Vice President at The Carlyle Group from January 2011 to February 2012, concentrating on fund management across various credit groups, and as Vice President and Fund Controller at Aetos Capital from August 2003 to January 2011. Kramer holds a Master's degree in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
