Linus Fridén

Linus Fridén has extensive work experience in the field of architecture and design. Linus currently holds the position of Head of Product Design and Senior Architect at Tengbom, where they are responsible for managing product design projects. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Architect and Industrial Designer at the same company. Linus also worked as an Interior Architect and Industrial Designer at Tengbom from 2021 to 2023. In 2020, they worked as a Project Manager at Sveriges Arkitekter, leading initiatives for architectural educational institutions. Linus also served as a board member at the Academy of Interior Architecture. Linus gained experience as an Interior Architect Intern at Tengbom in 2020. In addition, Linus was the Chairman of the board at Architects Sweden Konstfack from 2015 to 2017, where they led efforts to strengthen student opinions and organized workshops. Linus also worked as a Graphic Designer and Executive Producer at J&B of Sweden, responsible for creating brochures and developing the company's graphic profile.

Linus Fridén has a diverse education history across various art and design disciplines. From 2015 to 2021, they attended Konstfack in Stockholm, Sweden, where they completed their MFA in Interior Architecture. In 2018, they also studied Economics & Management at Uppsala University in Uppsala, Sweden, earning 120 ECTS. Linus furthered their education in 2019 by pursuing a Master Exchange program in Industrial Design, earning 30 ECTS, at ENSCI - Les Ateliers in Paris, France. In 2018-2019, they enrolled in the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague | Koninklijke Academie van Beeldende Kunsten (KABK) in The Hague, The Netherlands, completing their MFA in Interior Architecture and gaining 60 ECTS. Linus also participated in a Bachelor Exchange program at The Glasgow School of Art in Glasgow, UK, studying Interior Design and earning 60 ECTS in 2017-2018.
