Erik Arntzen

Erik Arntzen, MBA has over 20 years of experience in financial services and risk management. Erik is currently the Director of Financial Services at Tennant Company, a role that started in 2022. Prior to that, Erik worked at Cargill, where they held several leadership positions, including North America Credit & Counterparty Risk Manager and Global Credit Risk Manager. At Cargill, they managed credit processes and oversaw trading exposure and risk management. Before joining Cargill, Erik was the Director of Credit and Receivable Services at Medline Industries and a Business Partner at Navistar Financial. Erik also spent a significant part of their career at Navistar Financial Corporation, where they held various managerial roles, including Retail Finance Operations Manager and Manager of Process Improvement. Erik's early career includes a role as a Senior Financial Analyst at Citi.

Erik Arntzen holds an MBA in Finance from DePaul University and a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Erik also has a certification as a Certified Business Architect, obtained from an undisclosed institution.
