Kristin Helms has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kristin is currently the Director Service Operations, North America at Tennant Company, where they are responsible for providing operational excellence and delivering best-in-class service to customers. Prior to that, they served as the Area Service Director - Northeastern U.S. at Tennant Company, overseeing the service, financial, and growth aspects of the business in a large region.
