Manish Yadav

Manish Yadav is an accomplished leader in program management and business transformation with extensive experience in the medical device and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Global Vice President of M&A Strategy and Enterprise PMO at Tennant Company since April 2025, Yadav previously held the position of Senior Director in the Program Management Office at Abbott, where efforts focused on enhancing business processes and portfolio management. At Smiths Medical, leadership was provided in driving operational efficiency and managing numerous business transformation projects. Yadav's background also includes significant roles at Medtronic, contributing to the establishment of a new business unit and managing large-scale projects in Orthopedics, as well as extensive research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee.
