Marissa Horneland

Marissa Horneland, CBF, has extensive experience in accounts receivable and credit management, currently serving as the A/R and Collections Manager at Tennant Company since December 2023. Prior to this, Marissa held key positions at Bio-Techne, including Manager of Credit/Collections and Credit Collections Supervisor, where responsibilities included leading multiple teams, managing North American sales AR, and creating departmental policies. Earlier roles included Credit Analyst at Robert Half, Credit and Collections Supervisor at BEP/LYMAN, LLC, and positions in accounts receivable and collections during a contract period. Marissa's career began in 2003, with significant experience in credit analysis and project management from various reputable companies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, both from the University of Minnesota.
